4.0 PC and 4.0 Admin CEUs after 30-minute lunch and breaks.
Session description:
Today’s long‑term care environment demands more than operational know‑how — it requires leaders who can translate regulatory expectations and organizational priorities into meaningful, person‑centered care. Whether you’re new to the administrator role or have years of experience, this workshop strengthens both your leadership approach and your ability to drive high‑quality resident outcomes.
This session blends essential administrative knowledge with a deep focus on how each component — from Requirements of Participation (ROPs) to CASPER reports, the Five‑Star Quality Rating System, Care Compare, QAPI, and the survey process — directly influences the resident experience. Participants will explore how to use data, systems, and team engagement to improve clinical quality, safety, and overall, well‑being for those in your care.
Join us for a full day of practical, patient‑centered learning designed to elevate your leadership, enhance care quality, and support your ongoing professional development.
