CMT Certification Class - April 20, 2026 - Evening

Description
Attendance/Location:
Students must attend 3 classes in-person at the Missouri Health Care Association. The remainder of the classes must be attended online through Zoom.
Classes will be held on Mondays from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Class size is limited to the first 15 students.
Requirements:
- Students must attend in-person on the following dates:
April 13
June 15
June 22 (test day)
- Zoom is required on the following dates:
April 20
May 11
May 18
June 1
June 8 - You must submit the following documents during the registration process to complete the registration.
- A letter of recommendation is required for the student including information recommending the student to take the course, and include contact information for the person writing the recommendation. The letter must come from either the current employer facility administrator or director of nursing or from a previous long-term care employer if unemployed. This letter must be uploaded during the registration or emailed to Shellie Goodin, shellie@mohealthcare.com.
- The student is required to be registered on the Family Care Safety Registry and submit a copy of background check
- The student is required to submit a copy of their high school diploma
- The student is required to submit a copy of their C.N.A certificate

- If more than one class is missed, students will be dismissed from the program.
Registration Fees:
In-seat Option or Online Option
MHCA Members - $900 per person
Non-Members - $1,500 per person
Pre-registration is required one week prior to the start date to assure materials are ordered.
Payment/registration must be received by noon the day before the workshop begins. Company checks or money orders should be made payable to MHCA. Credit card payments are accepted. We accept Visa, MasterCard & American Express. We do not accept personal checks.
Cancellation/Refunds:
Refunds will only be issued for cancellations by the Friday before the first night of class.
