ID Card Copy Request

Copy requests are $5.00 each ($5 per ID Card).

Requests must be paid prior to request being processed. All requests will take up to 2 weeks to process once payment is received.

After you entered all of the necessary information, click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the page. On the following page, click the link to place your order and payment.

On the store page, on the right, choose "Copy Request" and choose "Add to Cart". Next, if you are requesting more than 1 ID Card, click on "View Cart". Change the quantity from 1 to the number of ID Cards you are ordering. Click out of the box and your quantity will update. Next, click "Proceed to Check Out" and finish your payment.
