This fully online course meets the minimum Missouri requirements for becoming an Activity Director and is approved by Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services\, Section for Long-Term Care Regulation.The program focuses on understanding resident needs\, supporting activities of daily living (ADLs)\, and developing structured\, resident-centered activity programs. Participants will gain practical\, real-world knowledge to confidently plan\, organize\, and lead engaging activities that enhance quality of life in long-term care settings.Throughout the course\, attendees will learn how to assess residents' interests\, abilities\, and needs\, and use that insight to create meaningful opportunities for engagement.
