She retired after 26 years as an instructor for Nichols Career Center in Jefferson City\, MO\, where she served in Practical Nursing and Health Science Education. She taught UAP classes for University Hospital for approximately 10 years and serves as a Content Expert in Health Science Areas for the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
